Bridgestone is a large multinational tire manufacturer. To monitor the market and gather insights from customer feedback, the company required a simple and user-friendly survey mobile app. The application had to help our client get a better understanding of the drivers’ needs and, as a result, improve its products and create more tailored marketing campaigns. The client’s team needed survey app development services to bring this idea to life, so they sent us a request.

The client wanted to reach as many customers as possible, regardless of the devices they use. That’s why our team needed to ensure that the application runs seamlessly on various platforms (tablet, phone, laptop) and supports different operating systems.

Scope of work

The client hired several teams to work on this project. Every team was responsible for a separate product development phase. Exoft played a central role in the process since our task was to write code and provide some other related services:

Solution

We developed an easy-to-use cross-platform application that met all client’s requirements. It allowed the client to launch a large-scale survey as a part of its long-running marketing program. As a result, the client’s company received the following benefits:
