Job Overview

Exoft is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support and optimize sales processes. This role combines CRM ownership, pre-sales coordination, structured communication, and full visibility across the sales pipeline. You’ll work closely with the leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure clarity, predictability, and efficiency in how opportunities are tracked, nurtured, and closed.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the CRM system (Pipedrive preferred): ensure accurate deal tracking, segmentation, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Support pre-sales coordination by facilitating communication between sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
  • Monitor key pipeline metrics, track conversion rates, and optimize follow-up cycles.
  • Structure and document sales processes, ensuring visibility and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Assist in outbound prospecting activities, lead qualification, and CRM data enrichment.
  • Prepare concise updates and reports for management and team syncs.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase sales efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, or Business Development within the IT industry.
  • Understanding of the service business model, deal lifecycle, and B2B communication.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive) — deal management, pipeline tracking, segmentation, forecasting, notes.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and pipeline management (conversions, follow-up cycles, lead qualification, KPIs).
  • Experience with outbound outreach processes.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to manage workload independently.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
