Job Overview

Exoft is looking to expand the marketing team by hiring a dynamic Head of Marketing. This leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate our brand and lead cross-functional marketing efforts that will fuel company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and refine the execution of Exoft’s marketing strategy, aligning it with both short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of a unified marketing plan that integrates digital, outbound, and inbound channels.
  • Manage and optimize our PPC campaigns, SEO, email marketing, social media strategies, and other key marketing activities aligned with the sales team’s targets to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Actively contribute to the go-to-market strategy by ensuring the marketing team aligns with sales efforts, particularly through targeted outbound campaigns and tailored messaging for key industries.
  • Own the marketing budget and ensure ROI on all initiatives by making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the delivery and account management teams to refine customer personas, understand pain points, and leverage market insights to enhance customer journeys.
  • Manage and mentor marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Analyze performance data from various channels and provide regular reports to the executive team, refining strategies based on KPIs and performance trends.
  • Drive brand awareness by establishing Exoft as a thought leader in the IT services sector and ensuring the brand is consistently represented across all touchpoints.
  • Experiment with new and emerging marketing tactics to keep Exoft at the forefront of the industry and ensure we stay competitive.

Requirements

  • Proven 4+ years' experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, etc.).
  • Experience with developing multi-channel campaigns that align with sales strategies and business growth objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of building high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign performance, measure effectiveness, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
