HR Specialist (Operations Focus)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR specialist with a strong operational mindset to manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure seamless HR processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance routine administrative tasks with people-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Organize and conduct onboarding, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
  • Oversee adaptation programs, track progress, and provide support during the first months of employment.
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, documentation, and feedback collection.

Internal Communication

  • Manage announcements in corporate communication channels: welcome messages for new employees, birthday greetings, work anniversaries, holidays, and other relevant updates.
  • Maintain a positive communication tone and foster employee engagement.

Employee Sentiment Monitoring

  • Conduct regular feedback collection through surveys, 1:1 meetings, and informal check-ins.
  • Analyze employee satisfaction and workplace climate, providing actionable insights to management.

Documentation and Records Management

  • Maintain accurate HR records for onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, performance reviews, and other HR processes.
  • Keep databases up to date and organized.

Leave Tracking and Notifications

  • Monitor employees’ leave balances.
  • Send reminders 1–2 months in advance about unused vacation days that are approaching expiration.

Performance Review Coordination

  • Organize performance review processes in cooperation with management.
  • Maintain records of evaluations and communicate results to employees.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings between employees and managers when needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, People Partner, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and leave tracking tools.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret employee feedback.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the IT or technology sector.
  • Knowledge of performance management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and corporate communication platforms (Teams, Slack, etc.).
